Connecting Minority Communities (CMC) Pilot
We are closing the digital divide in underserved communities of Southeast Raleigh (NC). The Digital Equity Coalition for Change is making great strides to ensure that Southeast Raleigh residents are fully connected!
Together We Can Make A Difference!
Access
We will ensure that residents have access to reliable, high speed internet.
Affordability
We will help residents locate low-cost and refurbished devices.
Adoption
We will teach digital literacy skills and assist residents as they apply these skills to meet their goals.
You Can Participate
We are working within a 15-mile radius of Saint Augustine’s University. If you need affordable internet, devices, or free training, we want to hear from you.

Saint Augustine's University
This endeavor is made possible through a grant from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). Saint Augustine’s University is serving as the anchor institution and TGX Development (TGX) is overseeing the community pilot with assistance from Southeast Raleigh Promise (SERP).
